A minap feltöltöttem bacefook-ra egy break track-et, melynek kapcsán felmerült a kérdés. Hová tűntek azok a 2000-től 2005-2006-ig futó jó kis "zsíros" nu skool breaks-ek? A válasz egyszerű. A %$#Vđ@ dubstep elnyomta őket. Csak azt nem értem miért. Ezt a letaglózó dinamizmust, ezt a kirobbanó lendületet, ezt a zsigerig hatoló basszust, ezeket a szüntelenül zakatoló tört ütemeket, ezeket a világűrben úszó pszichedelikus effekteket, egyszóval a break kibaszottul badass/vagány hangulatát képtelen visszaadni. De most erőm és kedvem sincs belebonyolódni egy összehasonlításba. Aki igényli a breaket az megkapja...de nálam dubstepet többet nem láttok. Utóirat: Csak a Fly Guitar 2:29-től kezdődő epic gitártémája, melynek hallatán még egy rocker is beleszerethet a nu skool breaks-be :D.
